As your travel advisor, I do the research, make calls, wait on hold, and give lots of first-hand advice. I have lived in 3 countries (USA, Italy, and Thailand), and not only I am fluent in Italian but I also know Italy and Thailand well as they have been my second and third homes! One thing that makes me a unique TA is the fact that I have friends and family in Italy and for my clients traveling to Italy, I am a just phone call away, if needed.
